An awesome melody with a quirky catchy lead vocal style part woven all together nicely, this song is right at the top fighting Brandy and maybe White Black for G.e. songwriting supremacy !! Everybody from the South Bay to New Jersey and even Florida knows this song that can only come from the creative brain cells of a G.e. !! Always a gigantic show opener or used as an attention getter big time near the start of the setlist at every live show !!
Well well well ...if it ain't another G.e. classic ..and this one hits home sortof with the Shark as he bellows the crucial opening line of ; "My mothers' a school teacher - She pulls in about three hundred a week.... - And from there , this G.e. standard only gets better as it goes up on the scoreboard as a devestatingly clever little G.e. songs and notches a goal for G.e as if in a hockey game at Adams park in Redondo against much lesser Ayso punk bands from the local PTA !
AND....whats really funny is while Fags like the Red Hot Chili Peppers are praising a jerk like Magic Johnson, G.e. is doing their snotty little tell the-truth best to tell it like it is and call it like it sees em' here as they bravely decry a world that pays a basketball player zillions and pays school teachers zilch !!
