The Story behind this early says G.e. is classic is this was an idea that Flipper, Carmody and Hebben worked on til it was blue in it's notes.... Shark came along in 1987 ...and turned this mighty pumped up track into a steroids bonafide 'early emo' song....with its so called 'po w e r ful me ss a ge" ..yeah sure... Anyway, this song virtually always kicked off the set at every GE GIG.....EITHER IT OR THE magic Man.....anyway, I am quite fond of this early nugget that explodes out of the speakers ala Zeppelin or Sabbath one but is garagey and grungey muddy psychedelic trippy enough to please the elites of the underground alterna-punker 'zine culture custodians...and stewards
Hmmm --- Where do i even begin to describe the "Early Years" of the mighty G.e. ...well howa' bout with "Precarious"
So what can I do for you
You say you'd like your soul saved....
Suddenly you believe in me
'Now that we're standin' face to face.....
'I didn't give you a fair chance
with My precarious human race
You were fair game ?
Farce human test ??
It took you so long boy !
You figured why waste your breath ?
What took you so long boy is...
You just never asked...
And who in the world pushed you
So down that you couldn't get up ?
Who in the world buried you
So deep that you couldn't dig out ?
etc....
